Application data will be retained for up to 24 months after the scholarship cycle closes, unless longer retention is required by law or regulatory purposes.Winner data (name, headshot, biography, award amount) may be retained indefinitely for archival, marketing, and reporting purposes.You may request deletion of non-essential data at any time (see Section 9).

The Voices of Change Scholarship is intended for applicants 18 years and older or for those applying to accredited U.S. universities. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If an applicant is under 18, their parent or legal guardian must provide consent and sign any required forms before we collect, use, or process their personal information. If we discover that we have collected personal data from a child under 18 without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
If we become aware of such collection, we will promptly delete the data.
